Give your stress wings and fly away, find way to peace at your work

Stress is one of the modern invisible crown we all carry in our lives. I, alike nobody enjoy being in stress. At times things get pretty intense at work place.
Here are some simple wonderful techniques that may help you to relieve from unpleasant experiences in pressure full situations.

  1.          Breathe:

When you are in stress you intently work faster than normal. There are many breathing techniques. I personally recommend 4-7-8 breathing technique. Taking a deep breath for 4 seconds and holding the breath for 7 seconds and exhale for 8 sec.
It won’t take much of your time at same time it is easy to practise at your desk. After relaxing your tension, plan the work in sequence to complete.

      2. Do a Work at a time:

Keep your awareness on one thing at a time. It may be difficult at start but by practicing one thing at a time, we actually keep our awareness on one task eventually we are practicing concentration.

     3. Keep Yourself Hydrated and Warm:
Warmth gives us comfort. So once in a while take some micro breaks to grab some warm beverages to your desk it can be

1. Mint water,
2. Green Tea
3. Basil leaves wedged in hot water.
4. Lemon Tea.
It can be hot, cold but these beverages helps you be hydrated.

4. Positive thoughts:

We often hear that positive mind sets help us to achieve more. In practical being positive all the time is not possible mainly when things are too excessive to handle.

So when you are chasing your dreams and amazing goals try find out some time to split the task into mini tasks and appreciate yourself after completion of each tasks.
Because to- do list never cuts down as we grow up professionally. Instead of looking at the unfinished tasks, try to celebrate a little after every task completion.

So these are some of techniques. If you like them give us a thumps up and if you have any different stress management techniques to share, I welcome you to do that in comment section below.
