World is in lock-down, when human mortality rate in exponentially increasing with every passing day. Everything seems negative. Every one of us think once in a day what difference it makes if we think, watch and act positively in this negative circumstances? Nothing is going to change, then why should we have to keep motivating our self to regain and balance optimism?


 Researches have proved that thinking positive thoughts will lead to positive action and eventually positive words, right positive words will strengthen areas of brain frontal lobes and promotes cognitive function. This will lead to a healthy personality of an individual –Physically, Mentally and emotionally. 


On flip side negative thoughts lead to negative actions and words which block the de-stressing nature of the brain.
This Quarantine lets regain and balance optimism over pessimism:

  1.         Enjoy Little Things:

The first step to optimism is enjoying little things and appreciating life. Keep life simple.
Gratitude for the air, drinking water, family, friends who are safe at distance,
Show your gratitude towards life.
Tea with dear ones, paint with your nephew, Play with your pet.


2.    Give Thanks


Give thanks for life.
Be Thank full for everything god blessed you with.
Appreciate the people, places and experiences in your journey till now.


3.     Carry those Good vibes

You never know what may happen next moment carry that smile on your smile, give and help others.
Be Kind and care for your people. Don’t take things for granted.

           4. Use Right words


Words matter.A positive word at the time of need becomes biggest support we can offer to our dear ones staying miles away.

A negative word from dear ones works as poison. Most importantly negative self-talk is more dangerous.Here are some examples to rephrase those words.


Regain and balance your optimism.
