Quarantine Time-Make a Habit or Break a Habit

      Quarantine is the solutions to control the outbreak the COVID-19(Corona Virus). We have 21 days (3 weeks) made them count. Make most of these days by developing one good habit.
Open those to do list which has been piled from long.

Make a Habit:

Adulthood is all about schedules and never ending targets. Meanwhile we all try to maintain the balance of health, stress. We have so many plans in mind but failed to execute as priorities change with every particular task in this rat racing.

So today we have time in hand for self, time to rebuild our own self, time to execute your plan.

Habits will determine your future.

1.   Wake up early.
2.   Start Meditation.
3.   Work out for 30 minutes.
4.   Drink 8 glasses of water.

Make those little changes needed. Execute the plans you always dreamed, make this lock-down count and rebuild your own self again. Prepare yourself to next phase of life. 
Break a Bad habit:

Our habits make what we are. Consistent and repetition turns the habit to behavior. We all have some habits which are not good for us. Quarantine, break the chain bad habits.

1.   Skip the extra sweet after lunch and dinner.
2.   Taking things and dear ones for granted.
3.   Usage of mobile phone before sleeping.
4.   Checking email, social networking sites as morning routine.


Stay at home and stay safe. Cultivate a habit and revive the potential in you.
Follow precautions and stay safe.
