Kadha is one of those magical traditional ayurvedic drinks.

Let’s Dive into the benefits of Kadha:

1. The presence of basils and other spices like dry ginger and cinnamon stick makes kadha a healing drink.

2. Kadha has anti-viral properties that help to boost immunity, fights against infectionsand soothes the throat.

Here is the list of ingredients all you need:

1. Water -2 cups

2. Pepper -7, 8

3. Dry Ginger -1 inch

4. Cinnamon stick -1 inch

5. Basil Leaves -5, 6

 

6. Honey – 1 tablespoon

Procedure

1. Add two cups of water in a deep saucepan and boil it for 7-8 minutes meanwhile crush the dry ginger, pepperand cinnamon stick in mortar and pestle.

2. After crushingadd the powdered ingredients in the boiling water along with basil leaves.

3. Cook in medium heat for 20 minutes. Decoction reduces to half. Turn off the heat

4. Strain it into a glass and some honey.

Your Kadha is ready!!
